Eh. Even hipsters know enough not to listen to Arcade Furnaces or whatever. Black Sabbath's back catalog is pretty shallow compared to Zeppelin. Ten years from now, they'll be embracing (insert your own joke band here.)

That was a very entertaining video. Henry Rollins' has always been enjoyably irritating.

I can't
Oh shit. I just did.

Free on Hulu is exactly the correct price. Heck, I'll actually give 'em a shot for free.

Sherman's fuckin March is pretty damn awesome. But most of the folks Ross McElwee corners with his camera could make the choice of telling him to piss off.

Wow
That was pretty stomach wrenching. And I spend a lot of time on /b./ Although I will give Timothy Busfield an A+ for his Nairobi Trio tattoo.

Whoa harsh!
An "F" is a bit harsh, but this episode was a bit of a letdown. Must be some kind of FOX network mentality, but it reminds me of various over-hyped Simpsons episodes and how they tended to be quite lame when compared to non-sweeps regular fare.

Any lapses in taste or aesthetics committed by "The Hangover" are pretty small by comparison.

Low blow…
So you take an admitted cheap shot at Liam Neeson; follow it with an insincere apologetic aside and cap it off by a casual, parenthetical reference to his wife's sad, untimely death. And this is OK because Mel Gibson is a terrible person and The Hangover was a mediocre movie? Did I miss something?

Awesome interview
They don't make 'em like the Borg9 anymore. A face like that should be on Mt. Rushmore.

Egads. They really put these things out and charge folks money for them? I'm all for limited animation but these things are just wrong. Someone could do something decent within the constraints of a seriously limited budget but to do it with preexisting art assets is just the wrong approach. Kids out there are making

Life is real, life is earnest…
If you're going to malign the original Munsters, you lose my vote if you illustrate your point with a clip featuring what I have always considered to be one of the goddamn funniest scenes ever to grace a black and white RCA portable television.

Lower Manhattan 1979-1984
I spent enough time in that era to know it wasn't really that interesting on a day-to-day basis. Yes, there was lots of cool stuff going on. But at the time it was just stuff. In retrospect, its exciting and interesting to see various entertainers and artists who went on to be hugely

"Skidoo" is quite fucked up.

It was evenly lit
I'll cut the hosts a bit of slack. They're trying to establish themselves as a "brand" and I doubt their deal here is very lucrative. But get 'em outside; shoot them walking around a thrift store, a diner, anywhere but staring directly into the camera. And they were eerily, evenly lit. Turn down the

Davey Letterman also wrote for Jimmy "J.J." Walker.

Fucking Dolly Parton
Schimmel said when his kid had cancer, the "Make-A-Wish" people asked if there was any special wish that they could arrange. Schimmel's response was that his son always wanted to see his dad fuck Dolly Parton.

Revenge of a nerd
Jeff Koon's stuff is pretty funny. I always thought that was his objective.

Tough room!
Whoa! I figured appreciating Colin Quinn might be an acquired taste but I'm amazed how much grief he's getting here. Well, I think he's funny. So there. "Tough Crowd" didn't really work, I'll concede that point. But it had some good moments amidst the fairly tedious format. And I thought his "Weekend

Haters Gonna Hate
I know I'm trolling here, but I think Chelsea Handler is hilarious. That said, I watch her show regularly but it leaves much to be desired. The E! aesthetic is headache inducing and the show's format is a convoluted mish-mash of bits. The stuff she did on location was the best and they have
