I just don't get…
I just don't get "Tim and Eric." Bits and pieces make me laugh but overall, the discomfort is seeing how long they can go without anything funny happening. I think the actual cringe factor in "Curb…" or "Extras" is pretty low because I know that I'm not watching reality but my reaction to watching

Quite an enjoyable experience. Still, while I realize suspension of disbelief is an essential component to fully enjoying a flick like "Expendables", half the fun here is laughing at the sheer ridiculousness of some of the rather overextended set pieces. Jason Stratham apparently has access to an infinite supply of

Betty & Veronica Mars Bar
I don't think I'm a smoking crate of cynicism but that video was hilarious. Am I the only one who thinks that was the intention of whoever made it? The song was pretty dreadful though.

The "Kodachrome" video looks like something created by a search engine.

Eh…
It was hot and "The Sorcerer's Apprentice" was the soonest movie, so I paid my money and took my chances. But something about Nicholas Cage going full-on ham made it worth the discount matinee price. I can't really explain why. It was a c-level movie and he really wasn't anywhere on the spectrum between good

The Star Wars
I remember the first three Star Wars movies being really good. And then, when I was much older, they made a bunch of new ones. And even though the new ones looked amazing and had tons of cool stuff in them, I did not like them as much as the original three that were released when I was nine. George Lucas

Hmmm…
I tested three different samples (from the same document) and got three different answers. To be fair, when I retested the samples it came up with the same authors. So it's not just randomly assigning results. I'm skeptical this site is doing much analysis.

Olivia Munn is funny
I feel vindicated by Olivia Munn getting a Daily Show gig. I always thought she was hilarious on G4's "Attack of the Show." Munn's shtick is a bit more than the "hot chick doing goofy stuff and getting laughs." Munn has old school comedy instincts and knows that sometimes you can get the biggest

Great band…
Great live band. Go see them. Now.

Awesomosity
I hate to say so, but this sounds awesome.

Tonight, the girl working behind the counter at McDonalds told me their iced coffee drink "tasteses good."

Dilapidated zoo? English countryside?
…You had me at "brain cancer."

OK, so just how did the "Mooney Suzuki" get their name? Fuck if I'm going to Google that when I can just ask someone here.

If you turn the DIO logo 180 it spells OID. True story.

Yeah, well…
Like most folks here, I'm vehemently pro-choice too. But I think the big reveal of "Citizen Ruth" is just how self-righteous and comically lame both sides of the "abortion debate" can be. If anyone could write about this movie without giving away their own position, I'd be mighty impressed. No offense, Mr.

Hello TV
It's nice to see how big gigantic media conglomerates still don't get it.

The WCW book is a good read and personally I dont care a rat's-ass about wrasslin'. Also see the book that chronicled Vince McMahon (and others) attempt to start the XFL. (I cant remember the name but how many XFL books could there be?)

Here I come…
The original Terrytoon Mighty Mouse shorts were nicely animated but I don't think they were quite the masterpieces they are being made out to be. If anthropomorphic light-opera is what you're looking for…then Mighty Mouse is right on the money. I never found them that entertaining. The Bakshi CBS version
