I'm seeing a lot of negative comments here regarding how bad this will be. I put it to you that this may actually be good. Netflix was already paying for the bandwidth via Cogent. Cogent was getting the bandwidth from Comcast. Now, Netflix has taken out the middle man. This may mean lower prices for bandwidth.
