Count Olaf vs. Frank Underwood. Who wins?
Why is there such a hug break before the next set of episodes!? It makes me realize the holidays are coming faster than I want.
If the Court of Owls is being brought up, Bruce may learn that he is not an only child.
Mickey Dugan. The Yellow Kid.
A cutlass? No Professor Nygma, I can't justify my answer.
Coffin?
No mention of Michelle Gomez on the show? I know she was only on for a few scenes but she was amazing.
She made it to the dugout. Okay I don't know. For the record I didn't watch Gotham tonight but I enjoy the reviews and the comment section. More power to you watching your counter part find new creative ways to go down in flames.
Pen is mightier than than the sword. How about how to spell Victor Zasz's name without consulting a police report? I do not know but I thought I'd try.
I don't think he actually hit her. It seemed like more of a warning jab for murdering a guy and getting Bruce mixed up in it.
Has the faulty lighter gimmick been used on this show before?
For anyone interested there is a comic strip that makes me laugh almost as much called Phoebe and Her Unicorn by Dana Simpson. The unicorn is real but most people don't notice her. Phoebe makes some of the same abstract observations as Calvin at times. Compared to her parents and friends she isn't as obsessed with…
I hope not. It is such a fun feature. I am sure other reviewers here are up to the challenge of describing Clyde's unique perspective. His twitter account can be very useful too.
Dear AV Club, please don't give Gotham any plot ideas. I only watch the show ironically but it might be interesting to see what happens when show is good for more than five minutes at a time.
I'm not sure if this has been pointed out yet but YHWH is the Hebrew spelling of God. Wikipedia has a better explanation than I do. I think the writers do this on purpose like the episode titles with Greek origins.
You know once Whedon is fully free from Marvels' clutches hopefully by early 2016. I think this is the kind of show he'd be great at directing. Good dialogue, great action scenes, and some unstoppable villains. I know not likely, but one can dream.
Where's the stray observation about Fusco asking for his his neck to be scrubbed while being water-tortured? That guy can handle a beating just as well as Reese in some ways.
I am still trying to get over how funny it is that the strong hold for Samaritan is an is an insane asylum.
For back story the writers never considered or did and are actually secretly clever: Barbara Gordon's reaction to her abduction does explain how her son is a sociopath as an adult.
I did not see that coming. Funny how the mind works. But honestly I love them both in their own ways.
