Still the champ

Ugh - the Flex is not a minivan. It’s the ultimate station wagon - the 21st century Country Squire. It even has the third row reversing seats for tailgate parties. :)

The Flex is the only vehicle that, if it were included in that lineup, just screams “I’m a Ford!” With maybe the possible exception of the F-150, the others are just so generic with little corporate identity.

If you want to retain your manly chops and don’t want to go the momvan route, or look like everyone else in yet another crossover/SUV, there’s only one choice that would be doable in your budget - a twin-turbo Ford Flex. Get the six-seater AWD version which is kind to twin baby seats and still carries 4 more grownups…
