I care. Your eyes and brain are not the same as mine. It might be smooth for u r eyes and brain, but to me 30 looks choppy as hell. You might not notice it but I do and it becomes my problem. And when some devS try to hide it, it pisses me off because 30fps takes away from my experience which I pay with my money.
