This also makes an excellent cake filling for when you can’t use it on the outside of the cake.  It's also possible to make white chocolate ganache, but it uses a different chocolate/cream ratio (which escapes me at the moment).

I think it’d be really interesting to serve on a jury some day.  Not even sarcasm.  But, for now a full time hourly job and being responsible for a small human are keeping that from happening.

Funny thing about the doors - I didn’t appreciate them until I had a CX-3 as a rental and the doors were so narrow that the B pillar was solidly in front of my shoulder as I sat. I’m 5'-2" - it shouldn’t be so hard for someone of my stature to get into a car, but well, Mazda found a way.

That’s something I’d give serious consideration to as well.

You can also expand this to your house in general. I’ve had a weekly cleaning schedule for about a year now and have really enjoyed my house never entering “disaster” status.
