I use the French - the chef I learned from taught the Italian way but man, it is a pain in the ass. I still have to read the recipe for every step so once I get a bit more confident I’ll try the Italian again since I can move faster. I do think that I like the look of the French ones too though - a bit flatter.

I have a hair question. I have thick red hair, coarse in texture (no clue what my hair type is, so here’s a pic to give you an idea of my mess). I would describe my hair as “oily”, and try to wash it every other day.

Does finding the right dealer just come from spitballing pricing requests and see who follows through in your preferred way? Or is there some other metric?

I’ve done this too. It’s a pain in the butt if you’re not saving for a specific goal, but I am (house, car, etc.) so treating those funds as separate entities makes planning for future purchases much easier.

Yes, this is the eastbound 78, a few miles off of the 5 in Oceanside. I used to have to commute up that hill and it’s the worst because a) it’s a hill and b) it’s got a slight curve to it and people can’t deal with a and b occurring together. Probably why everyone lost their chill.
