Macarons are evil. I’ve taken two classes and had my mom walk me through it (she’s gotten the hang of it on her own) and I’m finally feeling like I could make them.

Pretty much exactly what I thought. The fanaticism about Disney just doesn’t jive with me.

I was gonna say...macarons. For such a fussy-to-make cookie warm eggs are a simple step to get good results.

My mom’s coming over tomorrow for Christmas festivities and she’s teaching me to make French macrons and I’m busting out a Perfect Roast Chicken (it’s my go-to, and I then turn the bones into stock!).

This trick also works for finding dropped sewing pins and needles in carpet. Been using it forever.

Not a germ tip, but check toilets for auto-flush sensors and pop a piece of toilet paper over it before sitting the kid down. Keeps a hurricane from happening under your kid’s bum and scaring them sh*tless. I also prefer to hold my young nieces and nephews as they do their business on public toilets - keeps them…

Haha, I rent a room from a family with three little kids so the house is NEVER clean. My room usually is tidy though. Right now it’s a mess and is stressing me out.

Well, there’s a hell of a lot more to show for my productive weeks, hahaa. I just have soooooo much more to do for Christmas gifts and I’m overwhelmed, lol. Fortunately IOUs fly with the remaining giftees I’m making stuff for.

You might be able to save it - did you plant it in cactus mix soil? If not, swap it out and don’t water it just yet. If it’s in cactus mix it could be too wet - move it to a warm spot and don’t water it until the soil is completely dry. Good luck!
