As someone who has owned one of these in the day, its fun to see that these cars are not so precious that you can’t have some fun with them. The 240Z rally car Matt tested earlier was cooler though:

I’m writing a post about “Inside Lap 1" as we speak, funnily enough, but it’s going on Beepi’s blog, I’m afraid. I’ll post a link to it on Twitter though.
I absolutely will, thank you for the kind words.
Didn’t read the article after seeing the nice embedded comment feature. Tell your web people thank you. I think this is awesome.
This is the one that I wish they made. I like how it’s a little bit doofy looking in the same way as a BMW 1-series. And if it weighed under 3000lb, I would probably have one of those instead of my Colorado. I guess they got my money either way, what do they care? :( I never heard all that much excitement about the…
OUT. GET OUT NOW.
Technically a rotary engine?
Nope, not at all. You need to have control of your car and survivability isn’t down to half an inch more of distance to the steering wheel.
No fair, they didn’t test the Mustang in real-world conditions.
Cut Chris Evans.
Paste Tiff Needell.
So you’re only allowed to have your own style when it’s a fad?
Fuck you and your elitist fashion be damned. If you can find me a set of wire frames that will last more than a week holding up the coke bottles that are my lenses, I might wear them. For a lot of people, myself included, glasses aren’t about “fashion”, they are about being able to see clearly and function in society.…
Oh look, someone trying to pass off their opinion as fact. Shocking!
While I’m generally not a fan of the style, some people pull it off. Not Chris Evans, but some people do.
If you’re attractive or at least not embarrassed of how you look then you shouldn’t be hiding behind giant black frames.
A couple of weeks ago, two of my buddies and I went out for a quick ride ahead of an oncoming storm. We got aaalmost to the fun road we were planning to ride, and the clutch goes out on my buddy’s bike. Shit. Laying on the side of the road dicking with the hydraulic clutch piping, I manage to get him enough pressure…
Sit down before you hurt yourself.
Chris Harris be like "What did I do?"
Awesome episode. So much fun. One thing I like about Roadkill is that they’re not afraid to run autocrosses or road courses. At first glance, you’d think they’d run everything in straight lines and ovals because ‘MERCA, but they’re much more thorough. And that’s good news for the future of turning both ways in America.
If you see how thick my lenses are, you’d be grateful for any rims to cover those monstrosities.
But, I wear contacts most of the time. Thankfully.
