Exactly what I was thinking, ACE seems to be identical to their new system, when spec sheets come out I bet a dollar that the system works the same way. Nevermind the Disco’s system was terrifically reliable. In fact my 02 has it, and is on the original pump, lines, and whatever else is included in the system.

Use marine grease, you’ll ever have an issue and it lasts forever.

I own the same engine/tranny combo in my Range Rover.. So the transmission swap is highly illogical for me with all the off-road tech like HDC or the trailer shift edits.

I’m subbed to you on YouTube haha. I’m just scheduling my transmission service by an Indy Land Rover/BMW shop, so I’m hoping I’ll have a good life out of it.

The Range Rover P38.. It had terrible electronics, disappointing styling, and was completely underpowered. Coming from the Classic, the P38 was a complete dissapointment.

I (and my family) have owned a 1999 Discovery II in Kinversand since new.. better thing is it only has 60k on it, and has been very reliable.

And then there’s Land Rover.. I mean my local one would probably, but that’s because I’m friends with 80% of the people there.. only people I don’t know are the owners and porters..

Am I the only one that has never seen an SLC out in the wild? I see SLK65s, G65s, etc.. never SLCs though.
