Actually, that confirms the Board lady is a Host herself. They are unbothered by nudity

Delos is a play on the name Delores. So…. is her human self the CEO of Delos and the first Host made in her image?

Another theory: Elsie was snatched by Arnold. She will turn around and see it is…Bernard! Ford thought he killed off Arnold and had him replaced with a Host as Bernard, but really he is in hiding, alive and human.

Also, I think the Board of Director lady is a robot. She answered the door nude and was not bothered, just like the Hosts have no issues with nudity. And, Ford did not react in the scene where she fires Bernard. Possibly it's because the whole scene and setup were orchestrated by Ford as a long route to killing…

So… was the video conversation with his ex wife all in his head. My theory: Bernard was real, Ford killed him, replaced with a robot, but his ex has no idea. She thinks it is still her human ex husband. Also, the ex is played by Gina Torres who is well known in sci fi circles. Hard to believe they would hire her…
