I have a turbo Forester and I can wring that thing out and it still delivers 22mpg. And it's a heck of a lot more fun and more capable than this thing.

Porsche? More like Saab. Porsche only put turbochargers on their super expensive high end 930. Saab had it available in every model from about 78 on.

The 1994 Infiniti Q45a had active suspension technology that, while it worked, wasn’t really any better than the traditionally sprung version and yet added a significant price premium. Additionally, they proved to be troublesome points on an otherwise pretty bulletproof car.

The 1986 Buick Riviera. The first car with an in-dash touchscreen. It was CRT, green on black. It controlled pretty much everything in the car, and was actually pretty responsive, but it took over 20 years for it to truly catch on in the mainstream.
