Not enough tax breaks for the uber wealthy for ya' or outlawing abortion for rape victims?

Stick to Fox News, you'll feel safer there, but you won't be able to comment. It seems Fox was overrun with racist comments and shut their entire site down from commenting as a result. Wouldn't want the "mainstream" media to have anything else to show that Fox is a MOUTHPIECE OF THE REPUBLICAN PARTY.

YES! MORE BEZEL!

Except the suicides were below the statistical suicide rate for the rest of China so your point isn't a very good one.

More Bezel please.

I'd rather have support, vision and good corporate values, not this:

Not interested in anything from a company that doesn't support after the sale and that has questionable corporate values.

Sony tells it's competitors "I'm That Type of Guy" with the intro of this new set.

Address bar for myself but my guess is that the majority of "regular" people go through Google's homepage. I'm surprised at how many people still have AOL email and how old is that? The public is about 5-10 years behind tech enthusiasts in most things in my experience.

That will depend on your set up and your bank. Most of the larger banks can link a savings account to a checking account that can be accessed with the same debit card in the

Tell them that series of numbers at the bottom of their check, its called the Micr line, contains enough information to steal their bank account by printing up phony checks. Unlike a debit card which you can have closed and cancelled, which will contain the damage, the only way to stop a thief once they have stolen

The dumbest place to use a check is at a point of sale terminal (grocery store) because when the cashier takes the check and puts it through their check reader, its converted to an electronic debit, the same method of payment as your bank debit card so you just wasted everyone's time writing out the check and then

I believe, though I could be wrong, but the jury instructions or closing arguments, can't remember which, stated that the jury didn't have to find that Apple lost sales but that there was a dilution of their patents and brand by the use of their patents.

No one is going to nullify the jury decision on what happened during the trial with the jury. There may be appealable grounds, but it won't have anything to do with how this jury deliberated.

Edit, I was corrected below by other commenters.

Well, if Groklaw is posting here, and she has been entirely wrong leading up to this case, then perhaps Florian Mueller should post next as he sort of got it right.

Which ones? It won't be the FRAND ones.

Of course I agree with everything you wrote, but wouldn't have used some of the language to describe the Google fans. Some of them are reasonable, some not. Same for Apple.

"We initially proposed to negotiate with Apple instead of going to court, as they had been one of our most important customers."

Wow, that's a little odd. This does not appear to be the same article I was commenting on, nor anyone else on my thread.
