The guy that posted the video was the guy that tweeted. Mark hasn't been an employee for 10 years, only 6 and didn't want anyone to think he was misrepresenting himself so he removed the video. The video was actually up all day until Sam did this article. It was first reported at another site.

If the money goes to the employees that produced something I bought, I'm all for that. Its better than lining the pockets of someone at the top that got there because they were good at office "politics".

I think this is pretty cool. Its much better than the lame stuff I've seen given away to 10th anniversary employees. In the companies I've worked for they give you a little catalog full of cheap chinese produced knock offs and you get to choose.
