Oddly, there similar bugs in the first game resulting in characters being reset to 0 and such. I had it happen three times on the 360 version before I sold it and got a PC version where it would be easier to backup my saves.

Ouch...
I'm guessing you don't know how cosplay is judged in the slightest...
It's release day of a new iPhone product. Of course today and the weeks leading up to it are going to be reporting heavily on it. Same thing happens when Samsung pushes a new product, Android gets a major update, etc.
Exactly.
That's bordering on a semantics argument IMO. If it improves any aspect of the "fun" of the game, and you yourself said it adds to the social fun, then it improves the game.
I was wondering that same thing.
To each their own, but I have no idea how anyone can honestly say CoH looks better than CO or DCUO because for all the things CoH does well it still looks every bit as old as it is. The graphics update helped a bit but it still aged very badly. CoH is also a lot slower in the gameplay than CO which is why I prefer CO.…
Champions Online is significantly ahead of CoH and DCUO in character look customization, character power customization and fun gameplay.
Nope, not gonna convince you otherwise. Gonna spend the time I could spend convincing you playing TL2 instead of Diablo 3. ;)
Because we do have AA in mobile and console games.
Talking about this?
I'll be checking this one out. Gonna be cool to look for all the references and see how they line up with my memory of those Sega vs. Nintendo days.
When did Jobs say that was "great to do"?
You are aware that that's how PC games (and a ton of other software) have done it for decades and it's done just fine so far? Another issue is that your comment, while addressing the "ideal" of certification, doesn't address the well document issues with the "process" of certification through MS and Sony.
My thought process was exactly the same.
It's really not even a stalemate. It's a war against the paying customers while the pirates point and laugh.
As one of your 10% (made up statistics as usual by the way), No. I bought and play BF3 for the SP, MP and Co-Op. Same as COD4, MW2 and MW3. I bought them for the complete package, all of it. Also bought a copy of MW3 and BF3 for my son and two sets of BF premium. Guess how much I'd have bought without an SP campaign.…
The comment about crafting was likely a lot less about buying from the Trading Post and more about selling crafted items on the Trading Post. There are a ton of people across several forums sharing that sentiment as they are only interested in crafting to make some in-game currency via selling. The Trading Post being…
Agreed.
