It's just…ATCQ opening for another act as their potential last two shows. Regardless of who they're opening for, it's just a bit sad that one of the best hip hop acts ever could go out like that :/

It doesn't seem like Phife and Q-Tip can stand each other anymore, so that's probably never gonna happen.

Well, Q-Tip didn't exactly come out of that looking like a good person.

It's hard to like Kanye West as a person (at least how he acts in the media spotlight), but that doesn't stop me from loving most of his music. He's a pretty avarage MC, but one of the best modern hip hop producers.

TWD does have an amazingly wide appeal for a zombie show, doesn't it? I've got so many friends who just love this show, and that include people who generally don't care about anything other than reality and Grey's Anatomy. I don't know what it is about the show that makes it such a crossover success. It's a bit like

I quit on TWD in the middle of season 3, and I can't say that I feel any urge to go back to it. I've got loads of friends who think it's an amazing show, but…meh. The big problem for me with this show has always been that I'm not a big enough fan of practical effects/zombie violence that I'm willing to sit through a

I don't think it's the only thing people remember about it, it's just that the last six minutes are so perfect that people tend to focus on that montage. It might be my favourite part of any TV show ever, so I understand it.

I guess you could include Office Space on such a list? Still a fantastic movie though.

This is pretty much spot on. TV in general wasn't any better before, there's just a lot more time to fill with bullshit these days.

His program is the most popular by far on the network, if I remember correctly…

I know there's bias in every reporting of the news, but Al Jazeera's relationship with the Government of Qatar makes me not trust the network in many cases. The extremely one-sided reporting on The Arab Spring (which was in line with the government's view) is one example, another is: http://www.theguardian.com/…

And now Crossfire is coming back, and it sounds fucking awful!

HBO will never go for something like that as long as it's owned by Time Warner. If HBO even tried something like that, the cable companies would just threaten to drop every other premium/basic cable network Time Warner owns, and that'll be it.

You need to watch it ASAP. One of the greatest TV shows of all time.

Fuckin' Jimmy. Fuckin' with us for the fun of it. I gotta give the son of a bitch some credit for wit on this one. Cocksucker.

The problem with Slate is that their staff is, in general, pretty terrible (as shown by the writing on that site). Their good podcasts are, at least in my opinion, pretty far between. I do like the The Economist podcast though.

Futurama alwawys does everything better than BBT. I watch BBT, but come on, no contest.

Get them on DVD. Now.

Personally, I think Stringer Bell might be the best character of the whole show.

Haha, god damn that's fucking awful. Grantland has some good sports stuff (just some), but most of the time that site is almost as bad as Salon. Especially when it comes to pop culture.
