@freeasabird: There is a pretty touching scene earlier on in the game. I don't want to spoil it for you, but my opinion of Dr. Wily will never be the same.

@Nibel: I doubt it would happen. Even my goldfish hated "Alone in the Dark."

@2Much: A Gawpurr powered blog?

@SoylentCHUD: Wow! Two people with mildly different opinions on a mostly trivial came to a good understanding and respect each others' opinions ON THE INTERNET! How about next we put to bed the "airplane on a conveyor belt" question?

@SoylentCHUD: Ok, no need to be condescending. Considering that I am posting with my facebook account you could clearly see that I am old enough to have been gaming since way before the words "play" and "station" were ever uttered by anyone at Sony.

@RockyRan: Is that Howard from "The Big Bang Theory"?

@SoylentCHUD: When they didn't really increase the number of levels, they simply restored a removed level.

@Akrid: Well that's not quite true. The IR Beam comes from the Kinect and then scatters which is why it is visible with NVGs. If you were to turn Kinect on in a room with a mirror, those points of light would be visible on both the couch and the reflection of the couch. So, the Kinect would determine there to be

@OutlawDominus: You use math a lot more often than you think. You just don't use arithmetic very often (neither do I).

@Wulfzoid: I was going to go with the TF2 sniper, but this was cuter.

The answer is to go with the iPod Touch and save the data fees so you can get an Android for your smartphone needs.

@interkin3tic: Well, there was a huge outcry over a game where you had to recreate Kennedy's assassination about 5 or 6 years ago, and that was an indie title. I could only imagine if a mainstream title did it.

@mrantimatter: Good point. It's even more pointless to make a VB VC.

@dontEATnachos: @Akrid: And that is exactly my point. The mirror would reflect points that are both the distance from the mirror to the Kinect AND from the image to the Kinect (provided there is a direct LOS between all 3 objects).

@SoylentCHUD: Fair enough. Although I might say that is splitting hair as NES + cement level = arcade version. It isn't as interesting as the "25"s put on the ?-blocks in the Mario ROM hack.

@OutlawDominus: No, that was purely a joke. No evasion whatsoever. Considering it was presented in comic form I figured it was fairly obvious.

Its really interesting to see, basically, what the raw data of Kinect really looks like. It would appear, for instance, that a developer really could program in finger recognition for hand signs in a FPS.

@Jimmy_Jazz: That's why you shouldn't play Dance Central naked.

We are seriously talking about porting a grand total of 14 games. If it can't be done in an afternoon, it probably isn't worth NoA's time. In fact, Fils-Aime's salary for the time it took him to explain that he has no opinion is probably more budget than this project deserves.

@Taggart451: There were actually only 14 releases stateside.
