I own a hundred dollars keyboard and one that is $140 and a Beyerdynamics mmx 300. Good useful peripherals run high and I don’t see why people are surprised. This is not for the casual market but for gamers that are serious about their hobby.

Razer and Mad Catz do not have the pedigree, nor the chops that Microsoft has. Also realize that this is not a controller for the common man, this is for someone who takes gaming very seriously, likely more seriouslly then you do.
