I agree with the older generation dying off statement EXCEPT that I know so many dumb people of like-minds to the women pictured above that are late-20s/early-30s, it makes me fearful all over again.

My gf and I talk about this every once in a while, that if there was a zombie apocalypse or some kind of breakdown of our laws and governments, the first major crime that would rise would be rape/sexual assault.

Thank you for posting this. I’ve seen this go around with the same folks who claim it’s best for women to stay out of the military because men can’t “help themselves” and it’s one of those things that is difficult to argue with because once you do it sounds like you’re shutting down “thoughts.”

re: your last statement, I’ve been thinking about this a lot. I think Mueller is pulling in as many of these organizations as he can so that if he’s fired, these other places can continue their prosecutions and continue unveiling Trump’s dirty deeds in discovery.

something that’s not being talked about in this obviously horrible idea of arming teachers, is that I bet arming teachers would increase the amount of sexual harassment/statutory rape that occurs. Given their power position over these students and now they have a lethal weapon? woof.

One of the more frustrating things as of late (not that it’s a surprise to anyone) is Trump, family, and his friends scream to the heavens how amazing they are every time the Dow gains points, but clam up every time it dips. It’s par for the course but I just find it so transparently ridiculous.

Kevin Smith is luckier than lucky. My dad passed away unexpectedly from a heart attack - same artery. My best friend just lost his dad last week from a heart attack - same artery. I truly wonder what made the difference in Kevin’s case.

Season 1 was fine but hated everyone (except the roommate Birdy). Season 2, I could barely make it through the first episode. It was literally everyone standing around just saying “isn’t this crazy? this is so crazy right now.”

I am a white man who has too many friends that I consider intelligent (for the time being) who genuinely subscribe to Ben Shapiro’s ideas but usually say “I don’t agree with EVERYTHING he says...” It’s like two different worlds.

I genuinely think they buy their own bullshit. It’s sad and dillusional but look at her dad. He’s STILL telling people he won the popular vote. He believes himself. Hers just comes out in half-hearted tweets that are checked for grammar and spelling so many times that they sound almost inhuman.
