Oh man...that fucking Lawyer is gleefully going in on him.

I’m kinda here too. And it is ridiculous try to word in a way to make it seem like Sony is just helping the little guys! They’re not. It’s the same result—keeping games from getting to more people so that you profit off of it. And if the rumors are true, Sony will exactly be doing this with Square Enix.

Corporations

If you want a real world example:

Look at your youtube profile, look at the videos you watch. Then log off and look at the Youtube main page.

It is frightening the kind of videos that are raking in 50 million views.

It’s kinda like how when kids bully others for being smart, it’s about bringing people down to their level to make themselves feel better.

That’s exactly what is happening here.  A right wing goober sees someone with a mask and is internalizing this idea that “this guy thinks he’s better than me!!!” and because, on

The problem is that the responsibility is being shifted entirely onto people: no politician wants to introduce anymore mandates because it would be political suicide, and as far as corporations are concerned—right wing goobers money spends the same.

But people are tired, even those who did what they were supposed to do.

I’m gonna go out on a limb and say that Dr. Disrespect more than likely knows that there’s no way his game, which probably can’t be anything more than AA title, won’t be able to compete with Call of Duty.

But it gets eyes on his project, so yeah. And I guess being a shit is his whole personality so...whatever.

The NFT

Not even remotely how that works.

Yeah...That’s the attitude of somehow who did what he wanted, knows he has nothing left to prove, and is just going to live his best life.

Definitely not the attitude of someone losing their minds on Twitter.

I’m liking this show, but it’s also a bit of a headscratcher. The opening of the first ep features Chisato gleefully explaining how Japan is the safest place in the world, all set to a montage of cute anime girls brutally executing criminals on sight. It’s such a bizarre whiplash that I kinda was left wondering if the

How is that any different than any other pop artist? Part of being a successful pop artist is having an ear for the culture and knowing what works and what doesn’t l. It’s why Madonna lasted so long and it’s why Beyoncé has been Queen Bey for decades.

Reading the article, and reading some of the comments. I get the knee-jerk tendency to get upset because a reviewer is calling out a game. And also I do have to wonder if a game about cats really does need to deal with orientialism.

But I get it, and I think if this is something you care about, then it is going to be

I don’t even know why they’re bothering lying. We know that they know that WE know they’re lying. Of course Batman will be in this, and of course The Joker will make an appearance.

I mean, that’s what DLC is for.

What does that even mean? Basically, I disagree that that’s even an issue. Because you can’t handle a “bad article” about a video game, well what does it say about you?

Unless I’m wrong, this sounds like the sort of stuff people use to justify Gamersgate.

I think its less about movies itself, and more about fan properties.  Because you rarely see shit like this to independent films or movies “for adults.”

I’m sure you can find another aspect that this video hasn’t focused on.

It’s great and one I tend to bust out when stuff like this happens because it really goes into the problems with video game marketing. A big aspect of this industry is based entirely around hype culture, and knowing that scores of people are likely

“Both of these motivations are noble,” Riccitiello wrote. “If I had been smarter in choosing my words I would have said just this...we are working to provide developers with tools so they can better understand what their players think, and it is up to them to act or not, based on this feedback.”

Pretty much this.  Seriously they are so convinced that everyone hates Pokemon that they do the Pikachu shocked face whenever sales numbers are published and they do fucking bangers.  Then of course they resort to elitism and explain how only they know what’s good for the franchise.

Pretty much.  You have to make it work for you.  Reward games and developers that earn your money, ignore the rest.  And if you are going to play a gacha or live service game--you don’t have buy everything in sight.

Reading the full interview does provide a bit more context to what this guy is saying. And while I still disagree largely with his point, it at least takes a bit of the bite of it.

Like I said, there has to be a middle ground. A company has to make money after all so yeah, no shit a gaming company should have its ears
