To me that says the guy saw the posting and went and bought a ticket with those numbers. 

Taoti is claiming the numbers were posted 1/6 and the ticket says it was printed at 8:47PM on 1/6. So unless the numbers posted in the 3 hours and 12 minutes after the ticket was sold, somebody is just flat out lying.
