I did a check with pac-man c.e. (im usually top 20 in the world for weekly scoring) and havent noticed any input lag. Are you playing on a different television?

This a billion times! I rarely played BO for multiplayer, the zombie mode was just too good and it was perfect. My only complaint was that, for some reason, the leaderboards stopped recording my history.

I only got my Kempatsu name back after 12 friggin years. Strangely, Kempatsu was “taken” (12 years ago) but when I bought my XB1 in 2014 and tried update my name again, it went through. Went to my Xbox 360 and was able to log into Kempatsu as well.
