I disagree strongly with your opinion, but I acknowledge your right to express it.

I guess punching a producer doesn’t seem so bad now, does it?

The answer for classic roadster is always Datsun 1600.

Maybe an opinion of somebody who doesn’t live in an almost homogeneous country with their own share of well-known racism issues.

Errr... yes a character from a Japanese family born in Japan would probably be Japanese.

I literally linked evidence that they have not made her eyes look more Asian, and Paramount also explicitly stated that they’ve done no digital altering to her.

““Absolutely no visual effects tests were conducted on Scarlett’s character and we have no future plans to do so.”

Well, turns out she isn’t. :)

Everyone in anime is meant to be Japanese or part-Japanese, regardless of skin/eye/hair color.

I’ve said it before (usually to obnoxious weaboos who refuse to admit it and SJW’s who are unfamiliar with the material) and I’ll say it again: Motoko Kusanagi is a full-body prosthetic using cyborg. She could walk around in a prosthetic body made to look like an NBA star or a Scandinavian child and it wouldn’t matter

Jeez man, i was joking, no need be testy.

You’re embarrassing and sad.

Hey, hey, hey, chill there. Ok? Simply because someone lives in a Japan and has a Japanese name doesn’t mean they’re from Asian decent. That’s like saying everybody who’s name is Cotton must be black, and every Asian must be called Lee or something.

Your eyes don’t define your race, assuming that makeup being applied to it automatically means that they’re trying to make them look like a different race is actually more racist.

Because a quick snap someone grabbed (from a high angle) is the same as a professionally shot portrait. How about we wait until we get official images before we make stupid assumptions?

Wait, we have them!

They’re following the source material. Nowhere does it state in the GitS that either of the characters is actually Asian. They’re all full-cyborgs, except Togusa, and even he looks Caucasian.

I don't care about the gender of anyone involved, "Ghostbusters" looks like total crap.

you should really end in /s so people know your intention

I know “Ghost in the Shell” since the manga release, every iteration changed a certain amount. The last iteration had the least connections to the original story...

i dont hate the ghostbusters remake for the female cast, just the lazy fuck you it represents to the old one and Harold Ramis. it looks like a shockingly cheap and poorly written cash grab.
