Am I the only one that thinks this game looks... really, really, bad?

If you want to back a project make sure the people behind the project can actually deliver. If there are no game designers, no producers, no real artists, no designers that have actually made a game.... The game will probably never see the light of day.

Fuck King's Quest? That's like a rapper from Detroit dissing techno.

His hair moves... but nothing like it would if he was driving in a real convertible. An improvement for sure but far from realistic.

I bristled at the portrayal of a lot of characters in Watch Dogs but the guys you fight in the projects are supposed to be gangsters. The portrayal is no better or worse than how the same type of characters are represented in GTAV, or every GTA for that matter. Why GTAV gets a pass for doing the exact same thing is

The video of him making a piece of concept art is kind of amazing. What are you going to do with the photo of a console panel from a Range Rover.... Oh it's the roof of a futuristic building now.

Who would have thought the derivative corridor shooter that sounded like an even worse version of Underworld would have been ended up being a derivative corridor shooter that was like an even worse version of Underworld?

I kept hoping the Last of Us would start getting good... it never did. I'm not sure why people love that game so much.

I would like to add Iron Monkey to the mix.

I've worked on two kickstarter projects that were both funded. The more you can show at the beginning the more likely you are to be successful. That being said, on both projects I'd say we had maybe 1% of the assets completed for the pitch (the game design was largely finished however). At the same time you run the

Yeah that still counts as an expansion pack, at least to me. Act of War: High Treason was stand alone... and also close to awesome... but I consider it an expansion to Direct Action.

These come to mind. Granted I played none of them so I can't speak for their goodness but they all (on the surface) appear to be expansion pack like.

The funny thing is the second most expensive package is the one from 1999. Then again you get the most value. The 1999 strategy to me seems to be the way to go. Rockstar seems to like the 1999 path and it's been working out pretty well for them.

I remember seeing the first transformers in Chinatown, and I had to have one but they weren't released in the states yet. I don't know how I found out about this dude but somehow I got connected with this older kid that could import toys from Japan. I had my mom drive me over to his house and he sold me a first gen

Why is Cole from Dragon Age Inquisition on here?

Wow this was horrible. They said Abbi Jacobson wasn't funny enough for UCB but yet this guy is? This isn't even Kevin Hart funny. This is like below Sinbad funny. This is like Small Wonder funny.

Japanese Horatio Sans is not amused.

Looks cool. That song is unbearable though. I guess that's the charm...

I played the first one years back. I remember it being immersive but I didn't get very far in the game. I blame apocalyptic folk guitar.
