Wait - is she 68? Wow!

Agreed - the whole "Hailey wants to conduct" thing seems to have come out of nowhere. I found Hailey interesting and 3 dimensional in the first two seasons, but in this season, she comes off as an immature, giggling schoolgirl. It's depressing.

The tirade about drama was hilarious! My husband and I had to watch it several times because it killed us! :-)

I'm so glad someone else noticed this - she was radiantly attractive in the first two seasons, but this hair makes her look dopey. I wonder why they chose it?
