Yea this story is kind of useless without knowing what percentage of women work in these roles. If women have 20% of these behind the scenes jobs and they are getting 20% of the nominations that is what would be expected. If they have 50% of all jobs its obviously not. But without that information who knows.

The evil mastermind is pretty bad, worse is its relative, the over the top Batman villain like serial killer.
