Uh, the Obama rules weren’t in effect yet, what’s left after this vote is the same environment you have now. Surf accordingly.

Once the sale is finalized, then where will he go?

But what happens if buyers don’t buy the cars made in America?

When I was in college we had three 6 month co-op/internships as part of our program and I sure as hell got paid. So not sure what you are talking about , also my current company has multiple interns, all of which are paid.

I don’t disagree, but the image of boiling a frog slowly comes to mind. Let me know when you think its too much.

I have interns. They make $15 an hour

“This is where you’re supposed to be right now - why aren’t you there, Adam?” - disembodied voice coming out of your MagicBand.

I never would let those hand wash places touch my car. Use a touchless and deal with the dirt it doesn’t get off until you have time and/or the weather is nice enough to do it yourself.

I live in Dallas, not far from Arlington, where there is a GM assembly plant that builds Tahoes, Suburbans, Yukons, and Escalades. Sometimes, on my way to Six Flags, I’ll see a train stopped on the tracks that run by the plant, with dozens of flatcars full of frames waiting to be unloaded. Sometimes I’ll see car

On top of the spare, it had massive aftermarket wheels. Clearly her priorities are totally in order...

Most likely uninsured since she drove off too.

We were there last month. Between the Magicband and the apps (especially the shopping app), it is pretty effortless. As I joked with a food server, the apps tell you everything you need to know except just how far you are in debt to them at that point.

In winter, when my hoses will freeze, my buckets will freeze, my power washer will freeze, and my butt will freeze, I will use a car wash to keep my car clean. Stating that I don’t care about my car because I use a car wash is a hideously stupid conclusion to draw.

The other issue with hand washing is that it doesn’t clean the undercarriage of the car. What does that mean if you live in the midwest? R-U-S-T.

I only stick to the touch-free washes anymore. They cost more and take longer, but it’s one car at a time.

To be fair, there are plenty of people for whom hand washing isn’t always an option.

The ones I use are one car at a time (yes, it takes longer) but I drive in, park, the machine moves all around me, then I pull out slowly to dry.

The kicker here is the fact that she’s on a doughnut. If she’s willing to leave her car on that tire and go to a carwash, how much do you want to bet that her stalling issue is due to her negligence?

Stationery touchless washers are the only automated ones that I would ever use.
