We use beet juice here in parts of WI.

Nah, you have to pay Saul. Call the attorney general, you already pay for them. (They also get to use criminal courts as a first option)

My mom had something like this happen back in 2002. She was going to buy a new SUV. She had about $65k in cash saved up. At first, she had her heart set on a Lincoln Navigator. She went to the local Lincoln dealer, and nobody would even give her the time of day. We spent a good hour or so in the showroom, poking

I took and passed my driving test in my Dad’s 74 Newport. I think the cop passed me just because I had the cojones to do it in that car.

exactly, don’t like the deal? walk out, did that 2 yrs ago when a dealer tried to pull the “my manager is pissed, I need to upcharge another 2k for this vehicle” and then followed it up with the manager calling me at home, at night, to tell me how I was a bad customer for leaving his guy out in the wind like that.

Had this happen. Had a quoted out the door number on a 2014 Chevy Impala with all the option boxes checked. Walked in to the dealer with my financing check in hand, and was told that the price was only good if I used dealer financing. I talked to the manager for about 2 minutes to ask if that was really true, then

I don’t see the cord as being a huge downside. There’s an awful lot of data going back and forth with the apps not physically being on the head unit (be it via Bluetooth or WiFi direct). First people complain about the cord, next they’ll complain about how much battery it uses when wireless.

I have to disagree slightly on the insist they honor the price or walk out plan. Just walk out, go somewhere else. Even if they chase after you saying they’ll honor the price, walk out. They already blew their chance. If they tried it once they’ll try it again. If it is a franchise deal then a letter to the offices of

Hold your phone up to your car’s display some time. The size difference is pretty massive. When you’re driving, it’s hard to see your phone; even with larger phones. Since the car screen is typically farther away, the reduced resolution isn’t that much of a concern.

I’ve been using CarPlay on an AppRadio 4 for over a year now. Guess what?

Am I the only who misses this style of dashboard for it’s simplicity and not needing an either an I.T. degree to use the stereo or dictated having to use a touchscreen?

Awesome, so now after a long drive my phone will have lost 40% of its charge since it’s doing all the grunt work of running the infotainment.

The one thing I like about the cord, which I hope carries to wireless, is that being connected to, in my case Android Auto, renders your actual handset completely useless. It’s a nice way to keep people from dicking around with their phones while they’re driving.

It’s almost the weekend. Get out there and live your best brougham life.

“She wasn’t really flabbergasted—I think because she’s seen so much from technology by now,”

IANAL, but as I understand it, Brevenson is still the operator, despite whatever means he’s using to control the vehicle. I don’t see a way for him to to transfer responsibility here, considering the terms under which the software was made available. He’s using it, along with the parts that he provided himself, at his

If your are drunk, and in your car, and it is running with your key in the ignition, you are driving drunk no matter which seat you are in.

But how well did it work? It could be autonomous, but if it constantly requires correction by the driver, then it’s kinda pointless. Even the original product didn’t work all that great.
