‘xactly. I always donate cake mix, frosting and fancy icing tubes because kids like cake! And I bundle good ingredients for Italian dinners including sun dried tomatoes, capers, nice dried tortellini, etc. My family takes a dinner for twenty from our country club and donates it to the food pantry for their dinners.

On its face: yea. It’s better to feed more people, especially to ensure they have a filling holiday meal. That money could have gone further and fed more people than it did.
