Ann Dowd is totally not dead. They called an ambulance for her so people know she has been stabbed. The character is too integral. I do not believe Serena will fight for June. She will wake up “tomorrow” with fury. Conflicted? Certainly. But 80/20 on evil/good. She was reactive after having just had her finger cut off.
