I’ve never heard of either Nina Simone or Zoe Saldana before I read this article. The whole thing sounds completely insane, like something you might read about from the 1960s.

I feel like Clover Hope went out of her way to find the most three unflattering photographs of these women that she could! Clover, say it isn’t true! I *hope* it isn’t true!

I had to read that headline twice to actually understand that this is a real thing, a real problem apparently, and an actual article about genuine people. It looks like an Onion article.
