I had a similar problem with offroading my FJ cruiser with a Toyota dealership. The friggin sales brochure doesn’t have a single road on it, shows an approved water fording depth, etc. Total nightmare buying ‘fun’ cars from these shit conservative companies.

It is never worth buying a couple year old used Honda/Toyota/Subaru due to the insane high resale value. My 2015 4Runner is currently valued higher than it’s original MSRP. You ar definitely correct, generally, people that bite the bullet on a new one will not get rid of it, but you will find one if you search outside

Unless you are in the middle East where they practically give fuel away, most of the world pays twice as much for fuel as we do here in the US.

Hah, limited matket, someone has to pay for the diesel snafu...

Nissan’s have horrible resale value... Just traded in a ‘14 Pathfinder Platinum Premium with only 19K miles for a $15K loss after having it for 2 years.

I have a 2015 4Runner TRD Pro, it’s crazy because the current book is higher than the MSRP was. Try to get that from the dealership on trade...
