At first I was like "Hmm. Arbys guy is actually kind of good. Relatively speaking. Then the Richie murder stuff kept going on and I was like "Hmm. I'm so hungry I could eat at Arbys."

That guy, who apparently was a REAL NYC detective in the 60s-90s(?) also was a REAL Arby's commercial spokesman (as himself) a couple of years ago…for some reason. Next thing I know, he was one of the lesser terrible characters on Vinyl. Arby's guy.

I like comedy where you don't laugh and it's perfectly round and edge-less and poorly delivered, and just smiling makes it seem like time well spent.
