As in you met their real life counterparts/women just like them, or you met Graham and Bledel.

Reviewing season 5 as we speak. (Logan Huntzberger, yuck). I have blocked seasons 6 and 7 out of my memory.

Don’t judge me, but when I reviewed The Waltons from the first through the 9th season, I was scandalized at how often John and Olivia would call the kids to a meal (often, there was a TOWER of biscuits on a plate like a wedding cake), have a conversation and then order them to bed or school. AND THE KIDS WOULD GET UP

I spent a whole summer rolling around on my mother’s canister vacuum, being R2D2.

I’m an old. But we used to play Speed Racer when I was a kid. My sister insisted on being Speedy. She made our neighbor friend Danny (who was later my fantastic and gay prom date) be Trixie. Me and Danny’s sister were allowed to be either Spritle and Chim-Chim. (Chim-Chim was Spritle’s pet chimpanzee.)

This is amazing.

I work in media.

Recently rediscovered my French press. Lovely.

I would question the so-called morals of Republicans who defend “traditional marriage” so vociferously, given the way he selected his wife.

I have to watch the Bachelorette for work and I loathe the kissing sounds.

Kinda like how Scott Baio told Tamron Hall he never called Hillary Clinton a “C*nt.” He did, by tweeting a photo that called her that under his opinion “This may be the best meme out there.”

My spouse diagnosed a 24 month old with sexual trauma and a sexually transmitted infection after a physical exam about a year and a half ago. She didn’t talk for two days, and then fell silent for another week when Tarrant County CPS declined to investigate, citing lack of credible evidence.

Oh, hey. That twitter account has been suspended.

I’m not trying to antagonize or satirize.

(Ahem: Also, when you consider that class kept more minorities out of dentists offices than it did whites back then, then, the Novocaine sketch really could have been considered white upper-middle class in point of view, yes.)

(Jerry Seinfeld told the CEO of the network that he couldn’t change the POV of the show and it was a hit. I wasn’t suggesting that Seinfeld’s POV was too restrictive to be funny to the masses. It was just, according to Jerry Seinfeld, specific. Seinfeld championed the POV of the show as an asset, and it was.)

The most immediate example I can think of is Seinfeld. That show (which the network CEO told Jerry Seinfeld was “too New York, too Jewish”) couldn’t have been done in any other setting by another “clan” of people. The POV was very New York, very secular Jewish. It wasn’t the same POV as, say, Greetings From Tucson, whi

You know what I’ve noticed? Some people say you should avoid treadmills because they do more of the running for you than you’d be doing if you were running on a track, trail or road. Other people say track, trail and road are too rough on the body. Ya pay your money you takes your chances. Or whatever the saying is.

Madeline: Did you leave the movie smiling and chuckling?
