I don’t know if that’s necessary. If you drive in such a way that you need that slightly faster reaction time, it likely means you habitually tailgate people and/or are an aggressive driver. In a racing environment though, I agree.

It’s obstruction of justice because Trump fired the Director of the FBI (James Comey) after learning that Mike Flynn had lied to Comey & the FBI. Trump previously denied his knowledge of Flynn’s undisclosed talks with the Russian Ambassador (Sergey Kislyak) as well as Flynn’s lies to the FBI.
