find a wrecked one an put a different console in it. Maybe even the seats. Push bar would be easy to get.

the UAW strikers are jumping in front of vehicles entering or exiting ....

there are also contractors still in there, not on the line....

Me again, living in Deere country. Corporate is in my back yard, as is Harvester, Plow & Planter, Davenport Works....and I am hearing this first hand. UAW members *are* jumping out in front of cars as the vehicles are leaving the plants for the intimidation/scare tactics.

get a goat or two? lol.

LOL. When the carpenter union was on strike (East Moline, IL) and picketing at Deere, the UAW flipped them the bird as they drove by. The UAW only cares about the UAW. whatever. I still stand behind them, but, the respect should be mutual.

There are Kia dealerships that are selling as MSRP. I’ve bought two of them at MSRP. Sold my first one for more that what I paid for it to Carmax. Had to wait a few months for #2 to come in, no big deal. Nobody is dealing unless there is something wrong with the car to begin with. There aren’t really many cars on the

I live in Deere Country. I know several people that work there. It’s not only wages, but benefits, retirement. Deere has profited in the BILLIONS, with the money going to the stock holders, the CEO that has his pay increased 160% in a year. Yet, they go to each of their suppliers and demand that they cut costs, or

But...they are engineers! the ones that design the tractors, the one that decide where an oil filter goes, the ones that decide how many ft/lbs each bolt needs to be! Maybe now they will finally see how bad some of their designs really are and fix some of this shit.

Facebook, Blackhawk Chapter of POCI. One of our members published a book about Arnie Beswick as well. A lot of pictures, races, race cars and such. He shows up to our meetings once in a while. Several other FB Pontiac groups as well.

It’s a 1963 Catalina, Marimba Red. Is a heavy duty, not a super duty, with all the SD parts that the original owner could get on it. 421 tri-power, 4 speed, 9 passenger, power windows, and a fully boxed frame.

My FIL pulled a 1-of-1 pontiac apart and took 9 years to reassemble it. Granted, the storage moved in that time, and parts got scattered all over, but still... By the time it was back together, first show it overheated because the thermostat stuck closed. At least it was easy to repair.

had a 2008 Urban Runner, when it was time to upgrade, I looked at the 2019. Same car, pretty much. 20-30 more HP, maybe a bit more torque. same 5 speed transmission, same interior, same...same...same.

hard to find a car new where a CD player is still put in.

I might have to sign up for Reddit just for that thread.

my mom had one. 191k when she sold it, ran decently, some rust, seat moved on it’s own because the rails were worn out. Stalled on her a couple of times, but it kept going and going...

Probably people returning to their home land...cars are either paid off or the bank is looking for them. Better than what college kids do when they return home which is torch the car, let the insurance pay it off, bad on you if you parked next to me. Or I parked next to you.

I feel a Jalopnik contest coming on. Get one of each, maybe a 4Runner too... get them muddy!

Will this be called out for having a racist name now too? Will you need to de-badge it?

There are very few cars out there that are unique, rare, or wanted enough to keep. The GT350 or GT500, corvettes (maybe) Viper, Demons, Hell Cats, but...nothing else. When you could special order cars, get this option but not that, cars were built with more character, nothing was like the one that rolled off the line
