As a local POCI member, it’s awesome what he did. Kudos. but just too much cash. And to do any motor work probably need to pull the motor out.
Winner! Winner! Chicken dinner.
I left a $200+ pair of Oakley’s in a rental.
the in-laws construction company has two 1500's with the 3.0L turbo diesel. The MPG is far better, as is the towing. SO far, good motor.
the rear window opening creates less of a wind vortex inside the cabin. I really miss my 4Runner that had that. I was happy to drive my wife’s old truck while waiting on my Telluride to show up, having a sunroof and a small opening rear window. The whole thing would be awesome.
There are some companies that have GPS tracking to help control insurance costs. I’ve heard of a couple losing their jobs because they had accelerated to speed before actually being on the interstate. Stupid, but true.
People here complaining about turbo charged engines never drove a Suzuki Samurai with it’s 1.6L, 1bbl carb. 5MT. With a headwind. On the interstate. In winter. And three occupants. Couldn’t make it over 60. Anemic POS is an understatement.
you might have better shit to do, but it could cost you money in the long run. 10 minutes is all it should take. Very few people make $450/hr. If you do, you’re not renting from Hertz. You’re getting a limo.
Unknown miles? Pass. Looks good, nice patina, no rust is a plus. Sadly, ND.
Volvo made an email system for mainframes.
that’s everyone. Your best bud, your mom, anyone can be that way.
agreed. When you can do well over 100 MPH *in first gear* that’s just too much. I’ll stick with my VFR. fast enough to get me in trouble, still fun.
1st gear: Tellurides have been marked up by dealers ($5k-on up) since they came out. And people will pay. I will admit, I bought mine at MSRP, sold it 20 months later, for $2500 more than what I paid. Second one is on order, and I made sure the dealership doesn’t do markups. Helps when you know the dealership owner’s…
well, how about telling the criminals to stop breaking the law, then we wouldn’t need cops.
Really? Because the criminals are going to stop because there’s no cops around? Worked really well in Minneapolis. (250% increase in shootings, according to a quick search)
Old car, defunct brand, good luck finding parts when they break. Just too much money for that.
a number of years ago local morning DJ’s had a lot of people call in about their DUI/OWI’s - bicycle, one was in his kids soapbox derby car being pushed down the alley by two of his buddies, and I believe there were a few that were in lawn tractors.
Sorry, but if you don’t need a license to drive it, it might be…
NP, borderline. Would be good to see more pics, but it is a nice car, good price for what it is, low miles. That Toyota motor should run a a long time yet.
John Deere HQ is in my back yard - or close. I work in a farming community. It absolutely blows my mind the things that Deere is pulling. I get they invested millions if not billions in their software. But to not able to fix the motor at either home or an independent shop is killing the mom & pop shops. It’s much…
