The original series was amazing. And Ultima Online was by far the best MMO, also the first. I miss those games. I still can't believe UO is still up and running when theres EQ, EQ2, WoW and all the others up and going.

I would just like to point out that all the Call of Duty games, not made by Infinity Ward have sucked. So good luck with that Activision, I'll wait for Respawns new game *shrug*

There needs to be a 1 stop shop for all the games, I want to replay them. As well as this newest one that was released to consoles. But I want them on the PC. Nostalgia, it'll get ya.

@fuchikoma: Its a better player than iPods, the marketplace has just as much content. The problem is people think anything other than iPod is sub par, as well as the whole app situation. Which I still don't quite understand why I need apps on my mp3 player but /shrug.

If it wasn't a giant iPod Touch I'd consider it. But where its so limited in its application. If apple wanted this to be a real success, they would have put OSX on it, in my opinion. Where it does nothing special I consider it a waste of money.

@chronic_phobia: Yes and no, desktops I'd say are more specialized. For say gaming, a laptop is capable of almost the same power as a desktop, and your gaining the portability feature, however losing the upgrade ability. Which is why desktops aren't going anywhere. If the iPad had OSX on it I'd be all for it however…

@chronic_phobia: Perhaps. I just find this fanboyism insane. because you can buy a laptop for the same price and lower that does 100x more than the iPad. Granted you loose a little portability perhaps, but if you want portable your iPhone/Droid/Blackberry does what the laptop lacks.

This is the most over hyped and useless product on the market, I have a Macbook pro, love it (overpriced still) but this? So no calling me a Windows fanboy. But Really? I fear for societys future.
