Time and distance are becoming extremely confusing in this show. Where the fuck are the white walkers? Based on how far everyone else has traveled this season (and Euron building 1000 damn ships) it would seem that the white walker horde should be at the wall by now. Are they waiting to attack? If so, why?

To be fair up front, I absolutely hate Cersei Lannister, with a burning passion. But I am really surprised at all the sympathy/empathy for her this episode.
