This is the best comment ever.
Haven’t we been punished enough?
Yeah, but all Cards fans are morons.
No one is advocating every PI call be reviewed. Coach can challenge. That’s how it works in the CFL. Coaches have limited challenges, so this would not lengthen games any.
This was the smartest thing the CFL ever did. I still rarely watch it, but when I first saw a challenge against a PI call my initial reaction was “What? You can do that? That’s amazing.” Reaction still holds true. Considering its a penalty that could theoretically give you 98 yards, it needs to be a reviewable call.
Counter-counterpoint: Human error makes sports infuriating and when egregious enough, downright unwatchable.
I truly hope one day municipalities will tell sports teams to kindly go fuck themselves. Calgary is so far holding pretty steady on its fuck yourselves stance to the Flames. As much as I love the Flames and go to 10-12 games per year, if they decide to up and leave over lack of public funding, that’s fine. I can watch…
Tim Horton’s has literally one good donut flavour. Their steeped tea is OK, but I hear the coffee is shit. Love those breakfast sandwiches on biscuits though.
The Hip sucks, but we gave you Rush so we get about 1,000 gimmes which is great considering Nickleback, Bieber and Avril are all things to come from Canada.
Just like not all drivers are horrible, moronic pieces of shit, not all cyclists disobey road rules. You can’t lump them all together based on a few bad eggs (99% couriers).
Firing Pagano only solves half the problem. Grigson has to go as well so that Luck can stay alive long enough each play to do something. It’s like he’s unaware that offensive lines are useful.
The defense combined with an aging King Henrik will reveal he is in fact mortal, and the team will miss the playoffs. Hoping for a bounce back season from Calgary with new goalies and some solid signings - though I still think Brouwer was overpaid.
I’d much rather they do that with the Jays.
I used to think 40 was the end. Now as I approach 30 I’m trying to hit the gym more and ensure that I am in as good, if not better shape then than when I was 20 (not difficult, I was so lazy then).
Biking - mountain or road.
VOLLEYBALL. I just got into it at age 29 and it’s fucking great. Injuries could involve broken ankles and fingers, but heads will be relatively unscathed.
Tennis? I feel like tennis lessons are ungodly expensive though for whacking a ball over a net.
Skiing/snowboarding if its accessible where…
If she’s as good as you say at four, you my friend have a fucking prodigy on your hands and you let her keep going. Kids heal. Make sure she gets proper instruction and the crashes become manageable. I wish I had jumped on a snowboard at an early age because I’m pretty sure I could have taken it places with an earlier…
I’m in the same boat from hockey. Multiple concussions, knee injury that still pains me to this day, and back problems since I was 13. I still play recreationally, but I would have been much better off if I never played contact hockey. I’m certain my memory has taken a significant hit and I noticed a considerable…
I love the Jays, but hate Toronto. The city is full of trash people. I’m glad I’m very far away from it.
This is the real reason to root for the Blue Jays.
