wouldn’t it also be reasonable to limit or identify images of unhealthily large bodies in advertisements? I agree that we have to be aware of the effects these images have on people (not just young people) and that some (many) images can give the wrong impression that “this is what you are supposed to look like”...but…

You realize this was a civil case, right? The photos provided evidence that directly contradicted the plaintiff’s claims about her behavior, for which she was seeking damages. Why should the judge have not allowed the photos?
