The night of the election I took an Uber home from the bar and the driver IMMEDIATELY asked me if I was married and had children. Then asked me why not and then explained why Hillary was losing so far. I considered rolling out of the car.

I get pictures of Lindsay Lohan posing when I google my name, which does not include Lindsay, Lohan, nor anything close to those names

American public school, actually haha

I got bullied because I said “backpack” instead of “book bag” 🙄

YOOOO I’ve never thought of that and while it seems improbable because Cersei how kind of cool and after school tv special would that be!!

the same 36% who approve so far of Trump

I completely agree with the meanness Elijah showed and with how Loraine is reacting, it’s just not what I had imagined when the episode started (which is okay! Maybe I’ll find my three generations in one home fulfilled somewhere else that isn’t Gilmore Girls)

Just drop trou right next to the bed, that’s what I do haha

Ethan Frome for me... how I loathed that book.

I was really hoping that after last week’s “Gummies” episode, Lorreen would move to NYC and live with Hannah and there would be this really great three-generations of women household thing. But nah, she just got high and then Elijah was really mean.

It’s that “nice guy” thing - if I recall correctly, right after that horrible first date at Mimi Rose’s art show, and he’s yelling at her in the hallway at the school, I think he makes some comparison of being a nice guy and/or of her being the “crazy” he’s trying to get away from

I actually really loved season 5 (after not watching it for over a year partly for your reasons), and so if an Internet stranger’s recommendation has any weight, you’d maybe like it if you’re enjoying this season more!

It really upsets me because she’s actually gone through (probably) the most development and I’m so biased because I love her so much, but yeah! Not in this episode at all! Hopefully next week she gets a lot more time

I wish there was more Elijah and more Sosh this season :( Elijah’s scenes make me the happiest, I actually cackled-out-loud when he said “and the right kind of slutty!”

I got emotional too during the “Inside Episode 6" with Lena Dunham talking... it was when she was talking about how in your 20s (context: I’m in my 20s) and you have this relationship with someone who you really care about but it’s toxic for whatever reason and you don’t know if you should leave it and move on, or

Vomit vomit vomit vomit vomit omg

Glad to hear you’re doing better, just some random internet love and support <3

From what I remember - and it has been a while since I’ve seen it (March is usually when I’m inspired to rewatch it), I kind of agree. She as a young adult acknowledges she has made a mistake, but she never confronts it directly. She writes about it, but her apology is fictional and she thinks that’s enough. I would

I would love to discuss! What are your thoughts on the movie? I have to admit I’m very biased in how much I love it and how much it influenced my (very minor) artistic endeavors, but I would love to hear your thoughts.

I did- and I agree! It’s one of the most beautiful movies I’ve seen and I thought that although it is basically a direct adaptation that the director was able to still add to the book in a way that was limited by nature of a book. The one piece that sticks out to me is the choices for wall paper in the first “act” of
