The proper term isn’t downvotes, it’s “surprise disagreements.”

Well at least that will give them a sense of pride and accomplishment

Souls-like isn’t a new term.

I like reading about it

“The other user actually did buy it for 10,000 Caps,” Kaelynath told Kotaku. “Which definitely made my very disappointing patch day a bit better. He said that it was because he’s an ‘Art Collector’ and wanted to hang it on a display because it has a story. Which is a result I never could have expected.”

I’ll say this for Toriyama, goddamn if the man doesn’t stay on theme.

There’s kind of an off tone here. The premise seems to be that maybe people only liked Borderlands because they were immature and young and now they are old and seasoned and won’t? I guess that works if you assume that the player was X age (maybe your age?) when they first started playing but now they have “been to a

I don’t care for Chris Hardwick’s shtick but the hell do you want? We as a society can’t just forever mark someone because of an accusation especially when it goes nowhere. Who among us hasn’t said something shiddy about an ex with a decent bit of embellished details and sour grapes or vice versa. I have no idea what

There’s nothing in it for him to apologize. He’d have to break character, and that character made him rich. It’s not like anyone who is outraged by this is going to subscribe if he says he regrets what he did.

Not to mention where the fuck were all the final fantasy characters THE FUUUUUCK

Picking on Hollow Knight's aesthetic is a pretty odd move.

Weird how it almost completely changes the tone of the trailer!

I’m actually really surprised with how much better this makes the movie seem even with the CG not being especially polished.  Just goes to show design matters more than technical perfection.

You know what would REALLY help? If players showed some solidarity with the people who make the games they love and stopped playing League of Legends until Riot gets their act together. They’re sitting on disgusting amounts of eSports money that they’ve made off of their mistreated and exploited workers.

“This guy doesn’t like the Epic store. Obviously it’s because they love Steam!

A little later, Galyonkin made another comment on the same site, saying that he initially thought Paradox was aware of how the sale would affect its games, but ‘after a little investigation, it turned out that I was wrong.’

These “hot takes” Steam zealots have where everything that might go bad with EGS is because of evil are really getting tiresome.

These things have happened with Steam before, you know? Not in recent years because their sales have become laughable to the point where I get most of my stuff off Fanatical, Humble, or GMG,

So basically Epic pulled some shady and manipulative trickery and didn’t tell people ahead of time, and then when companies said, “Hold up! We didn’t agree to this!”, Epic tried to paint it as those companies being unreasonable?

I want there to be multiple strong competitors to Steam, but Epic has managed to have both anti-consumer and anti-developer/publisher policies.
