It’s pretty good performance for porting the game on relatively short notice to a modified tablet.

The game, despite having framerate issues, isn’t horrible to play. The framerate issues are only in certain areas, and they pale in importance to the design of the game. Nintendo has been preparing a release of a new console, but also preparing a release of this new Zelda.
They could have just optimized Zelda for Wii…
There is tons of evidence to suggest that porting it to the Switch was something decided pretty late in the game’s cycle. Which means that it would have likely had more optimizations for the Wii U, which wouldn’t necessarily translate to the Switch. Which also means, it isn’t simple, its more complex for a launch…
Sure. As we all know, launch games tend to be the games that make the best use of the hardware of a new console.
I was disappointed that my grandpa claims to be part Cherokee because he’s originally from Ohio. The Timucuan local to where I grew up always seemed more interesting to claim heritage from.
Yes, but everyone’s Irish on St. Patrick’s Day [note: not true]
Of course the Trump card is that Trump has publicly mulled over whether or not he should just use nukes. I know, I know, he didn’t commit to it or make a campaign promise out of it, but some of his quotes have been quite troubling. And he’s tended to go through with things he talks about.
I was waiting for someone to post this. I thought the same thing. I was dissapointed that I seemed to be the only one and decided to hide away and lurk.
That sort of bothers me. It’s got a short time limit, and it stops you when you get close enough. So it’s possible it could start thinking a partially drawn picture of something is that actual thing.
Ugh. Same thing here. I benched Larry Fitzgerald for him because Seahawks. I bet he goes off.
core gameplay is supposed to be repetitive, and ultimately a little bit pointless. Yah, it is very transparent at the end of the day, but at least you get great visuals, plenty of distractions if you want to be distracted, and a lot of the lonely space adventurer feel (with random aliens at all the new places you…
Spore was objectively a worse game though. It had several mini games that acted as setup, and it all culminated in an end game that was worse than all the mini games, but also made all the custom bits so tiny they didn’t matter. The best part of it was the creature creator thing.
It’s too far from release. People would play it, and then get pissed they have to wait almost a year to buy it.
Have you ever met an American before? I bet most can’t name another Civil War, unless they are Texans.
I guess I’ll have to play overwatch for a couple more months then. Oh well.
Well the fact that many game developers are weebs, and the fact that Blizz has a history on drawing on Eastern cultures, as well as adapting their interpretations based on feedback (Giving Pandas more notable Chinese influences rather than Japanese influences in their redux), would support them doing their research.
To be fair, sometimes when you’re making lore and you’re referencing something, you do kind of flip things around occasionally so it isn’t a direct reference, and a way to give a little wink to those who get the references.
I’m confused as to why this event isn’t at any of the Alamo Theaters in Austin.
“gg ez” is a commonly used example for LoL being overly zealous with toxic behavior, but I think it is overblown. It was not originally stated that people got banned for typing “gg ez” in chat. IIRC, the it was asked to Lyte whether or not that might be considered toxic. And (again, IIRC) response was that according…
