I am sure this is fast as hell, but I always loved that the S2000 had to be absolutely abused to be fast. I’m all for more power, but how about a strengthened NA 4 that revved to 10k and put out about 300 HP. Now that would be a thrill. And yes, I realize if you kept it under 5k rpms it would still be slower than a

I mean, does you having a good example make Jeeps “reliable”? I have a friend with similar (2016 I believe) Grand Cherokee and she had nothing but problems with that car. I’m pretty sure those 2 examples are useless compared to large amounts of data... which places like Consumer Reports (or others) have shown Jeep as

Agreed. (I thought of adding more, but think you summed it up).

At this price it should be damn near flawless. The apparent condition puts this 2 or 3 times too expensive.

This reminds me of what I consider the all-time screw up with naming: When honda/acura ditched the name “Legend”. Seriously, who green lighted that idea?

I mean, I feel like most people call the Range Rover line “Range Rovers” already, and really the Defender crowd seems to do the same (or at least I would hear Land Rover Defender... I don’t just hear “Land Rover”). It’s really just the Discovery line that I hear the Land Rover name all that much, and I doubt that’ll

Fair, I get your post. But I do have an overabundance of snark... so it has to come out somewhere.

It’s funny you think there were environmental benefits associated with his $500 million personal yacht.

This was me. It is a great alternative to the commuter sedan, but the price puts it against (or near) real sport sedans. Add in that dealer, woof. I’d consider one used at some point though.

Still probably higher odds that from this NASA satellite.

Yeah, as far as stupid articles go, this one is near the top. It’s at least in the top 2,467.

I for one am interested in the sawdust phase... not a lot of people getting in on that one yet. fools I tell ya

Yeah, me too. The Palisade looks like a good truck, but I can’t get over the grill. Personal preference and all, but I think the grill is awful.

Looks like alcantera on the seat though, which is pretty to look at, lovely to touch, yet awful for anything your body actually interacts with.

Makes sense, and yet, it’s completely pointless. Bureaucracy to the rescue!

This is really the only reason to even post the story... for this response!

That’s fair. I would say every once in a while I see a set-up with black wheels that I do like, but mostly I agree with you.

I’d watch it.

I went ND on this one, but I don’t think it is too far off. If a PPI shows it to be in good shape, I think a little negotiation would make it worthwhile. Manuals in this type of car are getting harder and harder to find.

Also, can we stop with the black wheels? I’m not saying it always looks bad, but when it’s common

Agree. Unless the rental agreement explicitly stated, “if you violate X, Y or Z, the vehicle will be reported stolen”, it’s just wrong. Also, if that is in their rental agreement, remind me to never use Avis.
