I’m familiar with prison/jail. I’ve never heard of cameras pointing into cells where you have a view of the whole cell. It seems like an odd thing to note that there was no footage of his suicide. Of course there wasn’t if he was in his cell. Even on suicide watch you’re not being filmed the entire time.
