I had this same problem for years man. What fixed it for me was to, believe it or not, stop wearing anti perspirant deodorant. Just put on regular scented deodorant. The anti per actually makes you sweat more when you put it on.

In game, does your NAT type say "open" ??? If not, you will have to open up some ports that xbox uses in order to get your NAT type open.
