I didn’t see the Chiefs/Colts play, but if that Pats/Giants play isn’t DPI, nothing is. They should just scrap the review rule (which I’m in favor of) if that’s not going to be flagged on replay.

Any team the Pats beat are awful. Don’t you know anything? If the best team in the league beats you, it means that you are so fucking bad that they shouldn’t even count it as a win for the Pats. The only team that counts if they beat is the Chiefs, but even then it should only count as a tie.

GOD! It’s like you don’t

The AFC East, barring this year, is usually fairly competitive vs other divisions. They’re over .500 since BB/Brady came to NE. And I said something above, but I’m going to elaborate more here, more narrowly focused on your comment about weak schedule. The Pats MAKE their schedule look weak. They didn’t get a weak

winovich looks legit. reminds me of peak ninkovich (and not because of the similar last names)

If the preceding games are any indication the Browns will react by being completely indifferent and will prepare by doing nothing much at all.

As a late sidenote, just because I want to put same praise out there, Winovich has really had a standout rookie performance in this team. The way he has just been not only been able to quickly adapt to the scheme there, but has really become a valuable asset really quickly. Really enthusiastic to see his growth as a

it will be more interesting when the bad teams are able to look good?
yikes.

The argument for the last decade or so has been the Patriots don’t win games, other teams screw up and give it to them.  Maybe it’s just that Belichick is actually just really good at crafting plays to make other teams screw up?  Some sort of mental trickery?  What I’m saying is, Belichick has mind powers and is

That could be a possible explanation if they were in China. They were not in China though.

They were in Japan. You can’t criticize another country if you’re in a similar time zone?

The Rockets were in Japan.

Seemed pretty unnecessary, IMHO. Harden had already stepped back from the question twice.

Yep

“If you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice”

Can confirm. People immersed in PE are easily the worst people I’ve ever been involved with, and I comment on the internet.

The PE guys will then blame “overseas competition” for the jobs stolen by their financial fecklessness, and “family breakdown” for the fact that unemployed people use drugs at a much higher rate. From Brian Alexander’s Glass House, about the debt-fueled takeover and devastation of glass maker Anchor Hocking and its

I work for a company that does business with others that are often PE owned. We HATE giving these companies money that doesn’t have explicit strings on it because we know that the PE firm is going to suck that money out instead of putting it toward actual business uses.

The practice of private equity law is the most profitable practice there is. Except maybe defending an oil company after a major oil spill or doing the fine print for a petro state’s oil business IPO.
