It used to be that I would say“As long as they suffer more misery than me, I’ll be able to carry on” and they would suffer more misery than me and most other groups due to their demographic makeup. If the world changes drastically and humanity as a whole suffers for it, life will still go on.

I was shocked to learn not every state allows voting by mail for all citizens. Apparently, when you are in a red state with a large population of minorities (or other left-leaning groups) they work very hard to keep the state locked for their side by fucking with registration and even voting itself.
